Yet another person trying to get a refund - all I've been getting are empty promises too - no replies to emails, not returning phone calls so I'll be trying to get my refund from the credit card company I used.

Tried ringing them today and got the message "This line does not accept incoming calls" so it looks like they have closed up shop.

Has anybody tried visiting their offices? - Not being local to Pickering (250 miles away so a 500 mile wasted round trip back in August) I don't know if this is even possible.
