Interesting idea but we've had very short notice with Christmas taking up most of it. With contractual obligations to our future guests we need to know we have a secure venue.

When we have looked into funding in the past, we have got the impression that it is available for new projects but not for something that is already running. Would any funder want some sort of control over things like our booking policy?

Does anybody else have any experience of this?
