Alice, I hadn't responded because I think your original post sums it up pretty well. The only other thing I'd add is to always prepare an encore, preferably not something you've already performed. Only do it if the audience is quite insistent - and then no more. As an economist/marketer would say - scarcity enhances perceived value. Regards, John
