I didn't know what it was so went looking and found this site of interest, though pushy commercial.:-) You might be more interested in THis One in which users rate their experiences with it. The quality of the brand you get seems to make a difference. I may try this after I check with the coumadin clinic about side effects. It sounds as though it could be helpful for a lot of things.
