An Englishman went to a brain surgeon because he wanted to be turned into an American. "To do that I need to remove about 25 per cent of your brain," said the surgeon. The Englishman agreed. After the operation the surgeon confessed to the patient that he had mistakenley cut out 50 per cent of his brain.
