I've never worked out how to do it unaccompanied - 8 bars of chorus per 16 bars of verse, at a bare minimum of five or six verses, is a lot to ask of an audience when the chorus is that plain, and when there's nothing going on behind it but the occasional cough from the heating pipes.

But if I had, I wouldn't be doing it now. Like Dave's snotty organiser, I go to clubs to hear and sing songs they don't play on the radio (although obviously I don't think that excludes the entire Dylan oeuvre).
