Twas the night before Christmas and as ususuelle
Hardi was singing with choir: Noel.
The church once again was full to the rafters
With stumble-ins we will most likely not see again, after:

The bug only bites them-- when TV's scream "Xmas!!!"--
To kneel, say a prayer, and most surely not greet us.
Parishioners shrug, wish them blessings, and send them back home
Hoping maybe they might feel a bit less alone.
