David, you're advocating an official church for each country?

What would you do with a country such as the United States that doesn't have an official state church? In fact, the Constitution forbids it in the name of Freedom of Religion:   protecting the right of each citizen to practice his or her religious beliefs—or none at all—according to the dictates of their own conscience?
