Whatever player you get, you'll probably end up wanting one with more storage. I started with a 4Gb nano, upgraded to an 8Gb after a couple of weeks, and within a month I'd acquired an 80Gb Classic. That's now nearly full. It has become my most indispensable gadget though - it goes almost everywhere with me. The monthly FolkCast podcast is, of course, a 'must have' for your iPod!
