Unfortunately, "now OK" was a bit premature.

The URL is now http://www.hymntime.com/tch/. According to a note on the homepage,

Many users have asked what will happen to the domain name "cyberhymnal.org." the legal owner (Word.Net) is unwilling relinquish it, so we can't use the old URL. In addition, our site search feature will not be fully functional until search engines have had time to re-index the site at its new URL.

And the old URL now sports this odd content:

Visitors, we are sorry, however, this site is experiencing difficulties at this time. Please return later.
