I don't live there, but to answer your question: Anaheim is about 28 miles (or 45km) from the City of the (Fallen) Angels proper...but jeez, when you look at a map - fifty miles of urban sprawl in any direction from the heart of downtown L.A. could be considered "Greater Los Angeles Metropolitan Area."
