The cause we are supporting for this event, is Eastwood Care Home's Minibus Appeal. The Eastwood Care Home is a home for the elderly over 65s. It is a dual registered home, which cares for dementia and residential clients. They have activities every day of the week, from bingo to crafts, dancing, singing etc. Their current aim is to raise funds for a mini bus to take their clients on day trips out. This will greatly enhance their wellbeing and enable them to take part in more activities, which they are limited to take part in without transport. Eastwood care team and residents would very much appreciate any donations or fundraising from those able to help.
