Have always wondered what became of Fat City...my rock band, Ariel (all women) played and lived there throughout the summer of 69... On our one day off we would go to hear the Farquahr and hang out..they were a real treat.
We were playing the weekend of woodstock, had a huge house that weekend, but when we came in to the club the next day to practice, all our amps had been stolen, and were later found being used as canoes on lake whitingham.
Nontheless, we loved the place and everyone who came to hear us...I think the owner's name was Kenny Boos...not sure.\
