4 wheel steering doesn't work. Also, if those guys with the little battery trucks didn't push them around in long lines. like they are playing trains, you wouldn't get any flat spots on the wheels either.
It needs two, on the thing to keep them right.
What bugs me, is the people who sidle up beside you when you're looking at something on the racks, who then reach across in front of you to get something off the shelf. So you move back to let them at it, and you find the dumb arse has their trolley right behind you, so you sustain a painful, trolley scar.
Then there's the ones who gossip to their mates and block the aisle,or the families who go round with 2 trolleys and about 6 kids. One of the kids always wants to drive the trolley, and when allowed to, wrecks the shins and ankles of several old age pensioners.
Then of course there's the parking lot, geez, don't get me started on them.
Why do people use the disabled parking spaces illegally? Because they are a normal size and need to get out of their cars before they can go into the store.
