45 minutes of a new class I joined, Cardio Funk...lots of heart-pounding fun, dancing...loud thumping music...loved it!

One mile walk outside with my Mom and her dog.

Treadmill is about to be fired up (I'm shooting for over 10,000 steps a day and my pedometer currently reads 8,928).

PS. Just so you know, I didn't trip over my feet during any of the dance steps...not even the backwards moving ones...didn't get tangled up in the dog's leash either...but walking down the hill to my house, maybe 15 feet from the door....BAM...down on my ass I went. LOL I just sat there and laughed. I am SO graceful! Gotta love that ice!!!!
