Please accept my support re: your health problems, and my condolences on the loss of your friend and fellow Maine-residing singer. I'm glad I got to meet and spend time with you at Old Songs.

I would have to pretty much agree with Sinsull that you and Spaw are much alike-only i would say you are both TOTALLY LOVABLE curmudgeons!

However, I don't think I can let you get away with saying you're above all that "gonads" stuff, either! After all, who was ably filling Max's shoes as sexy ribber at Old Songs? And you know I have a thread of yours bookmarked, where you talked about exactly what you were seeking in a traveling companion, and it wasn't knowledge about art history!!! Face it, you're as human as the rest of us!!!
