Doesn't look familiar to me.
Interesting tone ring setup.
It looks like it won't take too much to get it playable.
If it was mine I would fix it up and see what it sounds like.
Even if you pay someone for the work, it shouldn't take too much.
You might send some pictures to Bernunzio and see if they have any ideas on the builder.bernunzio
