So there I was, practicing and working on the song I'm writing. The chords reminded me of another song, so I went in search of it. I can't do it. It's a lovely sensitive finger-picking (Am C C F / F C C G etc.) treatment of an anti-war ballad, but when I hit the second chorus, I can't get through it. Extra credit to the person who comes up with the word in the second chorus (F C G Am) that isn't in the first) I can't get past.

I topped up the feeder and got 'CHEEP'ed at by a very impatient woodpecker. He complained then tried to peck a tree, and I'm surprised his beak is stil in one piece... or two. They got the upper part and the lower, and ... oh, never mind.

I know, it's not morning here anymore. As if I care... ;-)
