Assuming he was old enough to leave home (let's say just for argument he was five years old), then Chongo is about 85 years old. So he's about 35 years past his life expectancy, or equivalent to a human who would be about 106 or so.

Now, I'm not a specieist or an ageist, but it strikes me that's a bit old to be President....
