I'm due to head back to my daughters house to 'finish off' the decorating...and all the clearing/cleaning and gumpf that goes with removal of chattels from one location to another.
It's her first house and having ripped off every piece of wallpaper you can imagine the task we've shared (somewhat unevenly). Verity works full time and has no 'young man to assist' so there's been bucket loads to do and with a leaking bathroom roof and blocked gutters it's been a bit mean over the winter, but hey, the sun is shining today so I'd better be on my way.
Have just noticved a bargain £29.99 +VAT vax bagless vacuum cleaner on offer at MAKRO so I might just detour there first.
Go on, have another cup of tea and read a few more posts. That floor can wait for steam!
