Can I echo what caitlin said re the Daily Mail. I regularly use stuff from there on my weekly radio programme just because they are so off the wall! The vast majority of UK papers were hanging out the flags when Obama was elected.

Have to tell you of a dear friend of mine in West Tennessee (originally from Alabama) who, last October when I was visiting, assured me that we would, "never see a n***a in the White House" I reminded him of the time he said exactly the same about a catholic. That was just before JFK was elected! Good to know he's consistent.

Seriously though, my only fear is that the world is going to expect to much of Obama. It's going to take a long time to clear up the mess he's moved into.
