GUEST Martin Rich places this song as popular in Manchester in the 60's. It surfaces in a MIke Leigh film in the 90's. So, how come no other memories of it, either in the 60's or the intervening years? Was it used in a show, and then forgotten?
I was in the region from the late 60's on, and I have no recollection of this.
