The reason we have people standing around on street corners is because no one will go to the effort to get those folks the training they need to perform a colinoscopy. In the short sighted immediate future is seems cheaper to hire somebody from out of the country.

             In the long run it's not, of course, and what do you know about the credentials of the institution where your foreign doctors were trained?
