It is a wonderful achievement.I think they could have built a Leader class or another in the pipeline design!(Wern't there plans for a gas turbine loco drawn up sometime in the late 60's?) But it is a great loco.I'd love it to run up to Thurso ! Or I will find it when next off the islands.It would look good on the NYMR.
