It's a really excellent little film; I got to see it a few months ago at a "premiere" (actually, one of a series of early showings ~ maybe the 3ed or 4th showing ever) at a church IN the Treme.

"Treme," incidentally, is pronounced "truh-MAY," although some of the fellas in the 'hood like to say "Trimmy" (rhymes with "Jimmy"). It is still home to a disproportionally large number of excellent musicians, including members of several prominent Creole musical families dating back several generations to the birth of jazz.

It was on the local PBS station here in New Orleans last night. Local PBS affiliates are free to do a bit of time-shifting when they wish.
