Art, I'm not poking fun but, you should have gone to the REAL Mayo, i.e. Co. Mayo in Ireland.
In the REAL Mayo they reccomend regular, twice daily joints (dope) for MS sufferers. I have some friends with the complaint and dope is the biz for getting things nicely connected and running smoothy. It is still officially illegal here but the authorities tend turn a blind eye for medicinal cases.
