If you can't find your IE, in WinXP the folder you probably want, Temporary Internet Files, should be at %System\Documents and Settings\<User Name>\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files.

For those looking over your shoulder:

%System is the drive where your Operating System is installed, and is usually C:\

User Name is the logon name of the user logged on when the files you want were downloaded. (There is a separate Temp Int folder for each user.)

For Vista users, going through IE is the preferred method, since you frequently will get an "Access Denied" when you try to click into the "Documents and Settings" folder (No many how many times you reset the sharing, updates seem to reset them back to "protect the system," You may have to logon as Administrator - not just as a "user with Admin privies" - to look there.)
