They own a house together with no equity at all....he is suggesting that he live in it for a year, pay the mortgage and continue fixing it up. I can't live with that as guess who will be paying the mortgage every month if it doesn't get paid....yup, me - and we don't really have it this year. she is saying she will get an apartment......
