Actually, Sir Froppe, you are the one that lacks intellect in this matter, and who had a knee jerk. If you would have bothered to read the post with a critical eye you would have seen that it spoke to only your attitude and not to the merits of your arguments. What bothered me about your post was not what you said, but rather the imperious, look down your nose at the rest of us poor savages, tone of it. I have spent a lifetime taking advantage of that attitude to help workers organize. Usually it is the boss who has it. They are so convinced of their brilliance that they can't see the chinks in their armor. Some of your post had merit, IMHO, but the whole thing was lost in the delivery. It is too bad, really. Cause you have a few ideas that could probably serve this place well. But not nearly as many as you think you do.

And Kat, m'love, sometimes I just go crazy. Kind of like Spock every few years. Sorry.
