Not exactly, Kendall. I think what they are trying to compensate for is a small self-image. If they have a small self-image, however, then they may well also imagine that they have "a small willie", but the size of their willie is simply not a relevant factor! ;-) It never is, in my opinion...all of this concern about the relative size of male genitalia is just utter nonsense.
