I'm currently going round in circles trying to figure out which way to do the travelling. As Micca (and others) have said, the Acela express seems perfectly placed for the stops on our trip, it seems like fate is taking a hand. So many wonderful Catters have offered to help with scooping us up too I think we can happily give up the idea of hiring a car.

As some UK Catters know, we'll be quite busy over the next couple of months getting ready to host about 40 singers and musicians for our weekend long Easter party at the Cottage. So we'll have a think in the meantime & wait to see what happens with agents & airlines etc through the current financial crisis.

After Easter I'll refresh this thread & we'll see if we can get the right itinery booked up. Thanks so much to everyone for all your help and advice! I'm soooo excited!!!!
