Send them underground, increase the number of runaways, see the teen suicide rates skyrocket, alley way abortions enter the scene. Lexy & Mg have their fingers on the pulse of the problem, NOT! Why not sterilize the little bastards before they're old enough to hit puberty. Like they use to for those that weren't approved for having kids, like some minorities, the mentally challanged, drunks & addicts, priests & nuns. Cause they'll all cost the tax payer too, right?
