Everyone should have oversight on the census and it should not be at all politicized or in the hands of the ruling party at the time. that is just absolutely nuts. And as for Gregg..it looks like he was not the right person anyway, but certainly he should be offended at having the census pulled away, but it surely does not mean he intended to twiddle with it. mg
