I can empathise with you, the same thing happened to me about 3years ago. I felt physically ill, as if I'd been slugged. I felt as if the heart had been cut out of me and I was never going to let that happen again. I didn't for a while, but its like a death in the family - life goes on, and mine did. I am not fantastically in love but I am happy. Three years ago I thought I would never smile again, yesterday I wet myself laughing (dont tell anyone though will you I might look stupid)
