Well speaking for myself I used the email address on their page as the only contact details I could find, and sent them a suggestion that they should consider something about Lucy Broadwood in view of her 150th birthday anniversary back in August last year ... I might just as well not have bothered. The email was sent off, with a request on my part for details of who to contact if that was not the correct email address .... and I never had any reply whatsoever... I was NOT impressed. And I do agree Anne, that trying to find any contact details is like trying to pull hen's teeth!!!!! (If you do find out in due course - I'd love to know as well)
