Because I guessed Irene's experience might well be the result, I didn't think an email would be the way to go in this case, although I'll give it a go. I suppose when I asked my original question I was hoping someone here would have some personal (successful) experience and could help directly, because finding the website and looking at it was of course the first thing I did.
If anyone reading this thread does actually know who I might contact I'd be very grateful for the information ...oh, and as Irene works with Ralphie I'm guessing that Ralphie can't help in this case!
