I know she's a presenter and not a producer but do you think getting in touch with Jenni Murray and just asking her whom to contact would do any good? She's been there for donks and must know Everybody. She's also presented a number of the music slots and might be sympathetic. If she likes the idea you're pitching, maybe she might lend some influence...? Worth a try?
