I knew the woman who bought the 1st Corvair sold in Wichita. They opened the showroom 1st day, and she walked in and said "I want one.". They didn't expect to anything but show off that day. She was SO sorry,,,suspension went bad and wheels wouldn't track. She fought it for over a year, and then got a bunch of money back under the warrant, I think.

I had to deal with a Corvair for awhile. uggghh.. things went wrong. It ran and handled ok...while it was running but...it had some of the same problems as above.
