Hi Pavan (still taking those great photos?) - What I mean is, if you can point to a tune or song as being extant in an old source, it proves that it was around before the 1938-death-date and you are therefore free to sing it or make your own copy/arrangement.

I had someone tell me that my own song Billy Reilley was traditional!
