What sort of world is it becoming when parents think that their children should be protected from the sight of an amputee or disabled person! Would anyone really think that kids would be scared of a missing hand? More likely to be fascinated, I should think.

When you think about it, statistically the average person has less than two legs, arms, eyes, etc., so where is the 'average' then.
