an old codger was in the dog park with his four legged friend on a leash. A young man in a suit was walking by and couldn't help but observe, "mister that is the UGLIEST dog I've ever seen! You could fight that dog and nothing done to it could make it look any uglier!"
The old man said: "He's not afraid of a little fight..."
The young man turned and revealed that his dog was a well conditioned pit bull, "I'll fight him here and now." and with a few well chosen words launched the pit bull at the other animal. which proceeded to wipe the ground with it and leave it quite literally in tatters.
"My God!" said the suited one, "what the hell is that thing?"

"Well, before he got his nose fixed," said the old man, "he was a alligator!"
