The thing is,the Germans will never admit to the enormity of what they were mostly in denial about anyway. I suppose it's part of their National Character to be arrogantly superior----There is a story that I heard,about an Englishman who was standing amid the ruins of a shattered and devastated German city just after the war,when a German woman came up to him and said" Zis is all your fault--if only you had surrendered in 1940,none of zis need have happened !"
         With an attitude like that,what hope is there ??
