Yes if you remember each time..I don't ☺...but the post 'can' disappear more than once if the cache problem persists.

I forgot to mention that if it is a continuing problem, there are settings for each browser to control cache behavior - how often it is refreshed, how large it is...etc. My Opera version has a setting called "Check how often page is updated on the server" ...right now it is "every 2 hours", with options for "always", "never", and then from 5 minutes to weekly.

It could help to play with those settings. (No,I have no idea how you do it in IE)
