Jane luv, after forty years of drudgery jobs I can relate precisely to your feelings re the job. It may be that those feelings are spoiling the way in which you relate to your colleagues, and taking a step back to consider the root of your feelings re those people may be beneficial.

I don't have any ready answers but, perhaps a saying to help you get through "Nil Carborundum"   (Don't let it grind you down)
