Bainbo, the 'information' was gleaned from listening to The Archers. There is a story line about some 'continental/Belgian/Swiss' chocolate being sold by Eddie Grundie on behalf of Fat Paul, who bought it cheap on a trip abroad. When it was first mentioned someone explained that Paul Blocker is Fat Paul, and thereafter the nickname hasn't been used - he is referred to as Paul Blocker every time.
