I notice the absence of a couple old standbys:

Inviting one to perform an aerial fornication within the confines of a rotating pastry.

Lacking the ability to discern the difference between one's posterior orifice and an excavation.

Inviting one to engage in a lengthy perambulation upon a miniscule docking platform.

Cease flailing upon a deceased equine.

I'm sure I'll think up some others, once I stop guffawing at all the other posts.
