For those of you who don't know, Bill Cosby released an album many, many years ago titled "Why is there air?" One track, titled the same, which dealt with philosophy, girls, and college majors, had Bill (a PhysEd major) responding to the question when proposed by his girlfriend (a Philosophy major) with "To blow up volleyballs. Any Phys. Ed. major knows that." The gist of the track (as I remember it) was that Philosophy was kind of a waste of time.
