I do respect you, Mick my friend, and I respect Ed for sticking his neck out (controversial, yes - wrong, no), and everyone else who has been helpful and kind. Destructive, mean people can go take a flying leap. Mick, I'm not going to defend you because you don't need any. (And I'd hope if the situation were reversed, you would do the same.)
