The current landlord is giving up the license as he can't make it pay, and the owners - Enterprise Inns - won't let him make any changes to make the place more profitable, or sell him the leasehold. Another great pub and one that has hosted folk music sessions for over 30 years will soon close. Damn you, Enterprise Inns!
