Those song suggestions are pretty funny, but the actual Spaw versions are another thing altogether.
Spaw's versions of Oklahoma could take the bark off of a hickory stump, the chrome off of a bumper hitch, cause a vat of sorghum sap to come to the boil, split the eardrums of solemn churchgoers in a 50 mile radius, impregnate virgin librarians, make Baptist churches nail their doors shut, and give a neutered harem-guard a stiffy. They could knock a woodpecker off a rotten log.
